Can a government be guaranteed to function as a democracy based upon the operating structure of the government?

Well, my bad. It was not meant to be one, I suppose I should not post after 11 PM any longer, Lol. But since it is here why not?

Do you think a goverment can be assured to function democratically by its structure?

We are helping other countries found democratic goverments, based on the structure of the goverment as the definition of that democracy. Is this assured to be so?

i personally believe that democracy as a principle is good
democracy as a form of government is bad

democracy = MOB RULE

there must be checks and balances

A Pure democracy can not stand for long

and lest you forgot, we are a nation of laws, not a democracy
we are a Republic with democratic principles
