Gorsuch delivers surprising opinion about US colonialism

He seems to disagree with the Biden administration with regards to if someone can claim social security benefits while living in Puerto Rico. The only two justices that i know of that seem to agree are Sotomayor and Gorsuch.

Ive never really had a problem with Gorsuch’s nomination as it was the republicans turn to nominate.

Ok, but the case wasn’t about social security benefits. The case was about SSI.

I think Puerto Ricans would be better off investing their own money rather than participating in the Social Security ponzi scheme. But that's just me.
