The GOP isn't too happy with the performance of the campaign committee headed by senator Elizabeth Dole apparently. It's yet another sign of the incompetence of the neocons and the impending split in the party between those with a brain (true conservatives) and those without (neocons).

WASHINGTON - Narrowly defeated in his bid for a fourth term, Montana Sen. Conrad Burns turned his anger on the National Republican Senatorial Committee and commercials it had run months before the election.

I have to say that Dole's effort was a disastrous one. Whether one likes Howard Dean or not, the admission has to be made that he beat her badly.
