The last act of what will come to be known as the Do Nothing Congress -

These are bills to finance the government which should have been completed more than a month ago. Now, the Republicans are punting, leaving these bills to the Democrats to handle in the spring session. Yes, the title of "the do nothing Congress" has never been so appropriate a name to give as it is for this Congress.

Normally, I would have visions of wild and reckless spending by the Democrats, but the Republican party abandoned fiscal responsibility, along with most other Conservative principles, years ago, so there really shouldnt be that much of a difference. If any Republican does try to make the claim that the Democrats will bankrupt the country with their spending, I will laugh so hard I will puke. LOL.
