I have read that one GOper said if Trump loses there will be blood in the streets. Another said that if Trump's possible guilty verdicts stop him from running for president, the MAGAs will take up arms. I also have heard a GOper from Georgia say if Fani Willis convicts Trump he will be getting out his rifle as will others in the state. So, is this the future for the GOP and the country, if things do not go their way, they will threaten violence and maybe even go as far as bringing violence to try to achieve their goals? Has the GO become the party that continually threatens violence?
 
We shouldn't be surprised that a party so committed to corruption would move on to threats of violence.
 

It's the stupid part of the party that still believes the Big Lie and cant use their words...the dumber one is, the less likely one has the verbal and emotional skills to deal with disappointment. So they act out.

Instead of recognizing the need to change course away from a smarmy con-man that suckered them into demanding him as a dictator.
 
This is cheap talk from snowflakes who would be quickly neutralized if they attempted violence. Best we can do is let them yap about with their toothless threats, and possibly make a buck or two off them since, well, they're gullible and are going to be grifted by MAGA anyway. If they turn to violence and Babbitt themselves out of our lives, we can perhaps score some good deals at the sales of their estates.
 

Sounds like the GOP is trying to replicate actions of democrats. Remember the summer of 2020? The difference being the GOP BS seems to be all talk while the democrats took real action, burning and looting. Not sure if any organizers of these riots were ever sent to prison.

Well, we know what kind of reaction we can expect of our resident Righties. When push comes to shove, the keyboard warriors will be hiding in their basements while urging OTHERS to take up arms and do the dirty work for them.
 
Google is your friend. Over 14,000 arrests were made from the 2020 protests. You'd have to do your own research to find out the results of all those arrests.

I haven't forgotten. Jan 6th was terrible. You can't say the same about the city riots leading up to the election. Bigly difference don't you think?

yes it will, because it will be a stark contrast between how the democrats allowed the riots to go on then , unabated vs the crackdown they are sure to implement if it happens this way. so it won't be "remember the summer of 2020" so much as look at how they will stifle political dissent unless it is among THEIR voters, which is the main signal for their plan to initiate a less free society. They will use it as an excuse to tighten their grip, and you will laugh and applaud... until it becomes completely obvious they are not doing for your beneift either ,of course.

If you don't trust our voting system there's a very good solution.

Don't vote.

If you honestly believe our voting system is corrupt there is no reason for you to vote.

If you do vote, you are either a hypocrite or lying about distrusting our voting system.

I would add to that the fact that the far right infiltrated the protests and were the ones who committed most of the violence.

Yes, dare I say a HUGE difference. BLM was all about the cops killing black folks, 1/6 was about trying to overturn the election. So yes, big difference.
