Not one, but two so called investigations will be dumped right before the election by the GOP. The first will be the investigation put together by Johnson of Wisconsin and Grassley of Iowa. It reports to show ad things about the bad things Biden and his son did in Ukraine. I find this interesting in that Johnson is know to have taken more than a million from the Russians during his last election. It will be a pile of garbage. And the second will be the Durham report that was to investigate the investigation into the Russian interference in the 2016 election. I find this very interesting since the Senate Intelligence committee that is controlled by the GOp has already said that everything was fine with that investigation except one small change made in a FISA report made by an FBI lawyer. So now Barr is going to come forth and tell us that the Senate was wrong and he has found what? This is all political and at some time the American people are going to start fighting back against this stuff and hopefully that will be November 3d.

At this stage only the base will be fooled. Swing voters might have bought it last time with Clinton, but this time they've had four years of Trump corruption to compare and digest. Dems won;t be moved at all.

So they can dump away, it won't affect the polls at all. It'll take something bigger.

Lib sweat pumps kicking into high speed.

Just more wood for the fire TBH. This year is going end in a bang I suspect. Christmas I expect is going to be real interesting. 🎆🧨🌋

So much for the 60 day moratorium on DOJ announcements. That Barr is some piece-of-work.

How did you determine both investigations ar
e garbage before you have read them?

They can always get James Comey to write another letter.

Johnson has already been refuted by the senate report done by his own GOP senators. Barr's credibility has been at the 'zero' level since he was confirmed.

Trust me, they are both garbage. If there was anything to this, it would have come out long ago. Their just trying to have an effect on the election and that's not going to happen.

problem for the GOP is...nobody takes Barr seriously besides Trump’s idiot supporters. Everyone knows Trump’s DOJ is filled with yesman and thugs Beholden to the orange mob boss.

It will work on a lot of dumb asses.

As they support the con man and criminal from New York City.

The right screams about anything the dems investigate and call it a hoax or fake before any findings are announced. With the gop's investigations it's the exact opposite. Barr announces an investigation of a dem and the right immediately pronounces that person guilty before anything is announced. These folks will waste the taxpayers money and their own time trying to pin something on the corrupt dems and in the end walk away with nothing like all of the other investigations. Since the carter administration there have been hundreds of indictments of republicans with over fifty going to jail. The dems, one indictment and nobody going to jail and yet the right constantly tries to paint the dems as the party of corruption. Investigate that.

What do the "Johnson investigation" and the "Barr investigation" have in common? The SSCI. That Senate committee, even though you tout it as being "controlled by the GOp", is doing its best to stand in the way of both of those investigations. Seriously...it does you absolutely no good trotting out a committee of Trump haters that is controlled by Rubio (previously Burr) and Warner. That bunch will do everything THEY can to avoid being held accountable for their actions in support of the people that both Johnson and Barr are investigating.

Now...a few points about the individual investigations that you mentioned...

The Johnson investigation.

Contrary to your contention, this is not about Biden and his son. It is about the Obama administration and Ukraine. Biden is involved because he was the point man for the administration. Biden wasn't calling the shots...the Obama administration was. Hunter isn't actually involved, except for his connection to the focus of the Ukraine issue...Burisma. That connection is one of the motivations for the shots that the Obama administration called. If Hunter wasn't a part of Burisma, it's unlikely that the Obama administration would have gone to such lengths to take steps to get involved in Burisma's mess.

The Barr investigation.

Again, contrary to your contention, the conclusions of the SSCI are irrelevant to the results of a DOJ investigation. The SSCI is not a criminal investigating body. The DOJ is. The SSCI if full of politicians with their own agenda and the DOJ is full of people intent upon upholding and enforcing the law.

The DOJ is in the process of conducting their criminal investigation. Unlike any Congressional investigation, there won't be a "report" from the DOJ. There will be indictments. (or none) That's it.

As an aside...about the SSCI...while the SSCI released their "report", what they DIDN'T release is the evidence that is the basis of their report...not even to Johnson's committee, even though that evidence could aid Johnson in THEIR investigation. That just goes to show that the SSCI has their own agenda...their own politics-based report...and they don't want ANYONE to be able to look at their actual evidence and, perhaps, find that the SSCI is lying their asses off. And, of course, Barr doesn't give a rat's ass about the SSCI. He won't even ask for their evidence. Hell, he has MORE evidence than they do.
