Google endorses Black Lives Matter

Re: Google & Twitter endorse Black Lives Matter

Alphabet also owns Google Ad-sense which is what most websites use to run ads, Google controls 52% of all the ad revenue growth in the last year, Facebook controls 38%, and 10% is about 300 "other" companies. Google has essentially a monopoly on internet advertising.

Ok, I promise not read any internet ads. Are we done now?

Oh Google, how full of sh!t you are!

In San Francisco, black residents are being evicted and forced from their homes, due to the gentrification that Google brought! Black Lives Matter, as long as they move somewhere else and give their historic neighborhoods to Google.

You really can't blame Google for the limited area SF was founded. 4 story homes are not a google invention.

Yes, it's Google that made SF housing unaffordable.

So Google whose HQ is not in nor even close to San Francisco and is only one company responsible for the gentrification of San Francisco? Not the multi-billion dollar tech industry that has been there since the late 50s.

You're right, there is a concerted effort underway to grab neighborhoods in SF, and Google aren't the only ones involved.
However, black and Latino activists have been protesting against Google, due to the fact that many of there employees live in SF, aren't from the Bay Area, and have contributed to the rising rents that are currently causing many black and Latino families to have to leave the city.
