Is that what you think? iLOLI always rise to the level of the competition.
If the guy is known/reported to be armed, and they were called because of a crime he has allegedly committed, it can make sense to disengage if the hands cannot be secured and let the dog loose. Never did they have control of the guy until after the dog was taken away.Sure. Use your imagination. Give us some examples.
And again.I don't think you answered my question Excon.
What would you have done in that guy's situation and would you just ignore the dog?
Are you confused? And why are you?Time to rebut, @Excon
And again.
Still no legal argument I see.
Are you ever going to provide one based on the law from the State this occurred?
Sounds more like you bending over backwards to blame the black guy for three white guys sicking a dog on him.If the guy is known/reported to be armed, and they were called because of a crime he has allegedly committed, it can make sense to disengage if the hands cannot be secured and let the dog loose. Now, before "someone" starts making shit up (as per their modus operandi) and claims this is what I said happened, no I don't know anything about this situation. I simply said I could think of a way this could be reasonable. The above is how that could happen. I'm not saying that is what happened. I have no idea what happened beyond the video. I'm just pushing back against the knee-jerk response that there's no way this could be justified.
Can you do anything but lie about what I say?Sounds more like you bending over backwards to blame the black guy for three white guys sicking a dog on him.
Yeah, yeah. You’ll pretend you did no such thing.
Why are you running away from what you did?Can you do anything but lie about what I say?
False premise. Why are you running away from what you did?
You're still running.False premise.
aka: another lie.

They had the man fully restrained with four arms firmly holding him against the hood of that car when the dog was released. But, @Grizzly Adams still "imagines" how releasing an attack dog on the black guy is justified.Define control. When the video started, the guy was prone over the hood of the car, with two officers standing over him. It didn't appear that he was fighting or resisting in any way. By the stance of the officers, they didn't look like they were struggling with him.
The guy was a pretty good "dancer" once the dog showed up.
I wonder what was going on before the video starts? Guy was probably going to Sunday school and minding his own business.
Racists are always looking for ways to justify cops harming black men and women.Irrelevant. If the guy was accused of being a child rapist, that still wouldn't justify the use of force. The use of force is only justified by his current level of compliance or threat.
Do you really need more "facts" after seeing that cop sick a dog on a man who is fully restrained?
iLOL As I have not taken any position on the legality of what happened; What exactly did you disagree with me about?I've already said I disagree with you about the legality of the use of the dog here.
No. I have been the one asking for a legal argument based upon the applicable state laws to be made instead of the emotional tripe that's being posted. Please show how it's legal to set a dog on someone who's obviously not a threat.
In what manner was he restrained?
He wasn't handcuffed, nor was he wearing leg irons. In truth, he wasn't restrained at all...
Did you see him walking away? Was something preventing that from occurring, perhaps being restrained by a couple of police officers?
