The myth is that the Legally blind are completely blind. If he needs to drive a car, his vision is far too poor to drive. If he needs to read work orders, he gets a magnifier and even with effort, manages to read this. He never could, alone ... function as the owner totally blind and also read printed things. But in his case, he is not scientifically blind. Also for benefits from the Government his condition is known as legally blind for such reasons.
He is certain it is Hunter due to the order signed by Hunter. Hunter signed the order. Hunter also agreed to pay. And he agreed if he refused to pay, the ownership of said computer went to the shop and they own it today. He had 90 days to comply.

He is now certain it was Hunter? Why doesn't the price on his order match his published prices for data recovery? If the laptop was so damaged it wouldn't even start, how did he recover the data from an ssd that is soldered to the motherboard?

Russia hacked Hunter's emails. And shared info with the Trump gang.

Of course using the hacked emails is a crime.
