The courts are already packed. With the 216 court seats McConnell rammed through and the SC seat he's about to fill, even if Democrats have both chambers of Congress and the White House after the election they won't be able to pass a school lunch bill, let alone a voting rights bill, climate change protection bill or health care bill.
