Gina Carano Gets Another Big Win Against Disney As Court Rejects Disney's Attempt To Block Discovery As It Appeals To Dismiss The Case

Gina Carano got another big win in her lawsuit against The Walt Disney Company and Lucasfilm as Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett rejected Disney's request to block discovery as it appealed its failed motion to dismiss to the Ninth Circuit Court.

Awesome news, and a win for womens rights. Disney tried and failed to delay the trial, but now all the juicy internal stuff will be coming out. Carano has already won, because this is what she wanted all along: to expose the corruption within this woke company.

Do you support forcing companies to keep people on it payroll that may negatively affect it business?

Let’s say a business in the US south that has lots of trump supporters and one of its employees is outspokenly against Trump, causing many customers to boycott the company. Should that company be forced to keep that employee at the risk of losing money
 
It is a GIGANTIC leap to say this woman's post on social media were, in the LEAST bit, going to hurt Disney.

Firstly, please show the stuff she said that you claim is negatively affecting Disney. Secondly, her co-stars posted many similar things on social media but they werent fired, only her. Thirdly, its against California law to fire an employee because of their political activism.

A local restaurant which has lots of Christian customers has a waiter who has posted anti Christian posts and the customers know about it and stop going to that restaurant because of it. Should that restaurant be forced to keep that employee?

One of the charges is sexual discrimination since her male co stars werent fired when they did the same thing. On that angle shes got a point.

It's a metaphor for the facts that purblind Mad Libs are too timid to acknowledge for fear the Mouse's defeat will taint all the similar tyrannies they've endorsed.

Though no defender of freedom needed the Carano verdict to see how pitiful the Libs have become once they finally got pushback against their corruption.

Disney and Gina reached a mutual agreement. For objective comparison, Trump was adjudicated a sexual abuser and convicted of fraud. That's what getting defeated in court looks like.

LOL! A civil lawsuit reached a settlement. You do understand that 90-97% of civil lawsuits settle?

A woman sued a company. I imagine that if this was any other woman and any other company, you'd be on the side of the company.
