I live in DC and lots of people have been dealing with the issue of emminent domain lately with the new stadium being built. I recently read this article in the aarp bulliten and it just goes to show that the govenment in some places will stop at nothing to continue to over-develop great areas with more things that no one needs, and clearly few people want.
