The sign of things to come.
Nice that the Doctors are under contract with the state... LOL...
As the Doctors say, they take on all the responsibility of running a business, with the government telling them how little they can earn. Ain't gonna work for long.
The other untold story is the doctor shortage. The Doc's are going into research and consulting because they are not slaves of the state.
.
According to statistics from the World Health Organisation (WHO), German doctors earn an average of £38,000 a year, compared with £86,000 in the United States and £63,000 in Britain.
According to the Marburger Bund, the average German doctor works about double the 40 hours a week stipulated in their contract. Increasing numbers of doctors are moving abroad to work.
