In Page County, Virginia, taxpayers are on the hook for 13 million dollars, after Marvin Bush, George's younger brother, broke several laws, then folded the landfill company that produced quite a lot of fraudulent revenue for him and his partner, A. Scott Andrews, who happens to be one of George Bush's largest contributors.
