Houston police got a call of criminal mischief... using paint to vandalize the monument.
Oh, I missed the second picture. "No more Bush."
Looks like the work of an embittered Bush voter to me.
Childish, pathetic act but not surprising. A bunch of juvenile pieces of **** that have nothing better to do than **** on a President of the United States. These are probably the same kind of fools that if someone did this to something of Barack Obama they'd go screaming racism or pointing out the evils of republicans.
Hope they're found and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Well, it would be kind of asinine to deface something of Obama's since he hasn't even done anything yet. But when you've sucked giant sloppy donkey balls for eight years, then your approval rating dropping into the twenties, the defacement of your monuments (even if they're just the ones of blood relatives), being booed, having sewage plants named after you and dodging flying shoes just kind of goes with the territory.
In the old days, a really bad stage actor could expect to be pelted with rotten fruits and vegetables. It's exactly that sort of accountability that needs to be brought back in full force. It's the public's way of saying, "Let's not parse words here. You suck."
After screwing up the facts, hysterics is all that's left.Yeah, I remember fondly those EIGHT years that George H.W. Bush served and those approval ratings in the tweenties he had. Yep...
I also always compare my Presidents to stage actors.

So what? He's a good measure, and had a successful administration. You say we had an actor who played a lawyer throughout his administration, and we say you had a lawyer who played an actor throughout his administration. To be fair, a lot of conservatives do use Reagan as their standard of measure.

Neither do Democrats from 1992-2000.Oh, trust me, I know. As I recall, Republicans have no problem on their end voting for actors.

Liberals have forgotten what professional courtesy and respect are; so much for that "tolerance" of ideas and diversity. Liberal tolerance only extends to those who obviously agree with them. If not, they are impugned, insulted and have their property defaced.
Bravo Liberals, you take society to new lows with your outrageous misplaced hatred for a man who desperately attempted to keep you safe regardless of whether he had to take you there kicking and screaming and whining.
You just can't get any lower than a Bush hating Liberal who decries the efforts to catch terrorists and impugns a man trying to protect them.
Carry on; I expect we will see many more examples of Liberal intolerance for the next decade or so.

Obama voters.
You really are the most uneductated person I've ever had the displeasure of debating with.
That is just a stupid remark, and I would like some "Proof and sources" as to where you came to that conclusion.
Spoken like a typical Euro... exhibiting their bleeding hearts and ignorance of American history.Liberal intolerance? Coming from the right that is really funny...
lets see .. are there any right wing intolerances?
Homosexuals, most minorities (especially during elections), Muslims, anyone that disagree with them...
yep plenty of right wing intolerance..
Petition to Barack Hussein Obama for a Proclamation of Apology for the Democratic Party's 150-year History of Racism
WHEREAS, history shows that the Democratic Party through its racist agenda and "States' Rights" claim to own slaves, sought to protect and preserve the institution of slavery from 1792 to 1865, thus enslaving millions of African Americans, while the Republican Party was started in 1854 as the anti-slavery party, fought to free blacks from slavery and championed civil rights for blacks,
