Well, apparantly the GOP-Religious Right Wing Platform this year will be about banning gay adoption.

Someone that claims to be a member of Concerned Women For America, who just spies on them, told me their platform for upcoming elections:

2004- No Gay Marriage
2006- No Gay Adoption
2008- No Gay Voting Rights
2010- No Gay Housing Rights

So my poll is this: Should Gays be allowed to adopt pets at the local Humane Society or Pet Store??

I personally see nothing wrong with a gay person getting a pet.

I put "is this a joke?" because while I've heard rational reasons for not allowing gays to adopt children (and I disagree with them anyway), it seems just plain spiteful to me to deny them the right to adopt a pet.

Because the other pets will tease their pet - who will eventually turn gay, too. Gasp!
