I think NASA has lost lots of credibility in this area. They've been caught up in errors in both data and models. The whole implication that carbon black does not occur naturally, and only through man-caused combustion, is pure bull****.

Nobody actually claimed there were no natural sources of CO2 so I'm not really sure why you're bringing up this straw ma- oh. Right.
