Has anyone else seen this yet? Who says we only trash third world countries?
George Osborne has just signed Britain up as the lowest-taxed area for frackers in the world. The race to the bottom has started.
Did you Earth people really think you could breed billions upon billions of humans and employ, transport and feed them without wrecking your planet? You ain't seen nothing yet. Give it about 50 more years and another 7 billion people and these will be your good old days.
100 years ago, all your water was clean. Now you buy your water in plastic bottles that will never vanish.
You haven't been keeping up with current trends in human thinking: Don't you know the homosexuals are threatening the human race with "imminent" extinction ?..........................................
The original movie focused on the early technology, which was dangerous and hap-hazard at best. The industry and the technology has gotten a hell of a lot better. Is it perfect? Of course not. Do we have a lot of alternatives? Not just no, but hell no. We're addicted to fossil fuels. And that... ain't gonna change for many, many decades.
Ought to be an interesting show to watch though.

DOE study: Fracking chemicals didn't taint water
So once again, the enviro's have spun up the chicken little siren without any evidence to support their claims.
Why not come clean and be honest about the objective. You think there are too many people, and the overall population needs to get smaller so the world as you see it can be sustainable.
Greetings, ocean515. :2wave:
:agree: I wonder who will make the decision on who lives, and who doesn't, and what the criteria might be? Why does the old movie LOGANS RUN come to mind, where everyone over 30 was expendable?:scared:

A preliminary study by a government that wants energy independence. How gullible are you?
I don't know about the whole population conspiracy, but I do know the DOE report is total bull****. It's doesn't even make sense. Water tainted with fracking chemicals is forced down the well at great pressure and volume. Some of the wells don't even have the minimum concrete casing and by the industry's own admission 5% of the wells fail immediately (their casings crack and the fracking chemicals and gas are not contained).
There's legal testimony, story after story where water studies are done on private wells before fracking (clean) and after fracking (NOT clean). These are not naturally occurring substances.
Good morning Polgara:2wave:
Logans Run, Fahrenheit 451, 1984, among others.
Seriously, it seems rather clear what the overall objective is. Why not unwrap the unspoken, and explain who they plan to sacrifice in order for the world to be as they picture it?
I've had enough conversations with environmentalist liberal/progressives to know what they truely want to do, if they could get their way.
:afraid: Is that when I get to say :beam: ?
I'm willing to believe the DOE came to that unbiased conclusion in the Pennsylvania case but that's doesn't mean all the other cases will have or have come to the same conclusion.A preliminary study by a government that wants energy independence. How gullible are you?
Overpopulation is the third rail in here, touch it at your own risk.
