Civil War:
French Police Threaten 'Blue Vest' Uprising Against Globalist Macron Police urged by union to protest against President Macron in solidarity with Yellow Vests

https://neonnettle.com/news/5982-ci...n-blue-vest-uprising-against-globalist-macron
French police forces are being urged by union bosses to down their batons and shields in solidarity with the Yellow Vests, triggering a new wave of "Blue Vest" protests against President Macron's globalist government. The uprising of law enforcement could lead to civil war in France should the police go head-to-head with the government. Police unions have warned of a "black day for the police" that will come in the form of "Blue Vest" protests against the liberal French president's administration.... The union demanded payment of overtime hours put in throughout the protests from the government earlier this month. "Police are not doing well and nobody is listening," Frederic Lagache, of the Alliance union said. Alliance says that French lawmakers are set to vote on £56 million (62 million euros) in budget cuts this week that "will once again result in downgraded work conditions," if approved. Alliance is encouraging police forces to stay inside their stations on Wednesday and only to respond to emergency calls.

~~~~~~
First there would have to be a Macron willing to fight the Blue and Yellow Vest wing. Maybe Macron will draw a red line in the sand like Obama.
Note, they are prone to White Flags and caving.
It's best that French citizens display their opposition to Macron now, or else he will declare victory and then put in all the taxes he has so far delayed.
So inspiring to hear, read and see citizens of France and Belgium showing their ire in regard to low wage and over taxation. Stay strong the government is for the people not the elite. Perhaps Americans can learn from this.
Cue Madame Guillotine.
Thus ends any fantasy that the French are going to lead Europe out current troubles.
They cant even take care of themselves.
Meanwhile Merkel's Germany is not fairing any better. They're on the brink of doing the same as Macron's France.
I get the feeling there's one French woman who is laughing at the moment. Global media vilified her, while exalting Macron. Next, they again exalted Macron while vilifying Trump. As usual, the global media, with their billions of dollars and close ties to corporations were dead wrong.
Western media are wrong virtually all the time because they peddle lies and fake news around a globalist agenda which is designed to enrich the few and impoverish the many.
Here's just the latest example:
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-46624297
German news magazine Der Spiegel has sacked an award-winning staff writer after accusing him of inventing details and quotes in numerous stories.
Claas Relotius "falsified articles on a grand scale and even invented characters", Der Spiegel said.
Among the articles in question are major features that had been nominated for or won awards, the magazine added.
Marine may not be virtually dead, but comatose is the next best thing. Her frenzied attempts to get on the bus of the yellow vests is pitiful to behold.
What any of this has to do with Der Spiegel is probably only something for posters that gallop all over the place to discern.
Better said "assume to be discerning".:roll:
Rioting is part of French culture, theyre like little babes who throw tantrums when they dont get their welfare wowie-pops.
Macron is known as the president for the rich, a globalist and a liberal, and the cops side with the yellow vest movement to become more ? nationalist. Do I understand this correctly?
The Neon Nettle?
Got a nice ring to it!?
I started a thread about the German fake news journalist, which drew all of 18 comments. The majority of which seemed aimed at griping about Fox News (wtf?)
Macron can only be considered liberal in the more traditional libertarian sense of the word, or neo-liberal; economically, there is little about him that can be considered 'liberal' or 'left-wing' per the NA understanding of it.
The yellow vest movement is predicated on justified outrage over Macron's policies that favour the rich (such as his recent tax cuts and labour deregulation), while eviscerating the poor (regressive taxes on fuel that fall hardest upon the poor and working class); nationalism has actually very little to do with it.
Further, this is essentially a preview of what will come to pass in many other countries, including America, if things continue as is, with the interests of the wealthy and powerful trumping all else.
Wikipedia said:
The yellow vests movement (French: Mouvement des gilets jaunes, pronounced [ʒilɛ ʒon]) is a political movement that began with a petition posted online in May 2018. The first mass demonstrations began in France on 17 November 2018 and soon spread to Wallonia, Belgium. They are motivated by rising fuel prices, high cost of living and claims that a disproportionate burden of the government's tax reforms were falling on the working and middle classes,[32][33][34] especially in rural and peri-urban areas.[12][35] The protesters have called for lower fuel taxes, reintroduction of the solidarity tax on wealth, a minimum wage increase, and Emmanuel Macron's resignation as President of France. The movement has been described as populist and spans the political spectrum. According to one poll, few of those protesting had voted for Macron in the 2017 French presidential election, and many had either not voted, or had voted for far-right or far-left candidates.[36]
When RT and Sputnik and all their brothers in lies start sacking their bunch of liars that abuse the term journalism, you might actually be able to form some sort of equivalence wrt Der Spiegel.
Until then your above attempt remains simply pitiful.
That's because it was YOU that started it and because there is a growing awareness on DP over the "quality" :roll: of any thread you start.
the republic is catching up with them. do i need to go over there and run around the roundabouts ?
This kind of corruption has been going on in France since the Karachi affair of the 1990's... I don't get why they're only now beginning to realize this (then again the same could be said of the US).
The so called fantasy you write about died in WWI and was buried at the beginning of WWII. In fact although Germany lost the war in 1945, Truman and the Marshal Plan guaranteed that German would survive and lead Europe.
Modern Europe was birthed by the French and the Germans, yes the Germans were the more powerful by far by they allowed the French to be equal partners.
But the French are way out of money and credibility too.
THINGS CHANGE
You're correct, yet look at who leads the European Union... It Merkel and Germany.... Now I'm not for Merkel or Germany, it's evident that Germany leads the pack today. Yet Germany fails to invest in EU National Security and still depends on the U.S. for protection. Trump has been correct in telling NATO members to live up to their commitment of mutual protection, therefore why should the U.S. pay for the major part of European protection?
