Freedom of SPeech

Yea supose it should be banned to say anything bad about the president.
 
Well theres nothing with it, its telling the truth. American violence is a problem? yes i think so. So why do kids allow to play with toy soilders? I'll tell you why so that they could think that war is cool and fun so that they would go of and fight. So the government really does brainwash the kids.

:rofl The President shouldn't give anyone bad to say about him. So you are
saying regardless to to BS Bush has done, he shouldn't be talked about?
The President isn't a GOD, and he can be bad mouthed just like anyone else.

That's freedom of speech as far as I am concerned, and it can be freedom
of opinion also.

Freedom of Speech is a two way street.

You can say what you like about Christians, but not of Muslims.

You can speak out on how blacks should have equal rights to whites, but not of whites to enjoy the same special priviledges as blacks.

You can slam motorists for being eco-fascists (or whatever crap the Left come out with) but you can't demand so-called gypsies be clamped down on for criminal activity.

We can only have the freedom we're allowed.

Myself...after reading this post I do not understand who this reply was
directed to, and I am sure that there is many others who is wondering
the samething. The Administrator of this site did provide us with a
quote button...this way one will know who your statement is directed to.

However I am going to express my opinion concerning your post. I have
been around this site for some months now, and its a fact that freedom
of speech does not cover just one religion or one race of people. If by
any chance your post was for me. Everyone have the rights to compare
races against one another, and what you are doing is crying reverse
discrimination.

Maybe I should give a better understanding about what I just said.
(reverse discrimination) You can speak out on how blacks should
have equal rights to whites, but not of whites to enjoy the same
special priviledges as blacks, and it seems to me that you are one
of them who always say.....whites is the minority.

Above you said Freedom of Speech is a two way street, and now

In which rappers wait patiently for their opportunity to exploit and make videos and money. Make no mistake. These celeberities who whine and cry about reality really don't give a shred of a damn. We've all seen the "green peace" celebrities voice their insignificant opinions about starvation, torture, and war. Next thing you know these same individuals are making movies glorifying such behavior on film and getting rich. And who doesn't appreciate the irony of a "gangsta" rapper preaching to the masses against violence?

Wars happen. And in the course of war, money is made. Children have always played with toys resembling war (swords, cowboy pistol, G.I. Joes). Celebrities will always be seen on screen and behind a microphone preaching against and then making money about it.

Love life or leave it, I guess.

Seeing as the government forces no one to play with "toy soldiers," or anything else for that matter . . .

I take it you're for banning them?

Doesn't that run afoul of freedom in and of itself?
