I guess they don't want poison preached in Canada.Canadian church slapped with $2,500 fine for hosting pro-Trump worship leader Sean Feucht
A church in Montreal, Quebec, has been slapped with a 2,500 fine for hosting a church service featuring activist missionary and worship leader Sean Feucht, whose opinions have drawn the ire ofwww.christianpost.com
Oh, Canada. Montreal fines church for being faithful to the Bible. Its simple. The God of the Bible isnt welcome in the home of the Canadiens. Hockey, yes. Jesus, no thanks.
So freedom isnt really freedom in Canada. That must be why all the Canadians on this board are so critical of the US.I guess they don't want poison preached in Canada.
Get really mad about it, I guess.
It isn't really freedom here, either, is it?So freedom isnt really freedom in Canada.
Yes. They are critical of a Moloch-based theocracy that aids fascism. That must be why all the Canadians on this board are so critical of the US.
He's a singer. It wasn't a 'service', it was a concert they didn't have a permit for.Canadian church slapped with $2,500 fine for hosting pro-Trump worship leader Sean Feucht

Next time that church wants to hold a concert maybe they ought to get the appropriate city permit. So freedom isnt really freedom in Canada. That must be why all the Canadians on this board are so critical of the US.
“Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose”.
Bob Dylan.

It's more than a little ironic for someone to complain about a lack of freedom when they also promote the idea of Christian theocracy.Oh, Canada. Religion seems to think it has free reign to do whatever it likes, because religion. It's more than a little ironic for someone to complain about a lack of freedom when they also promote the idea of Christian theocracy.
Being "faithful" is entirely permitted in Canada. Organising a large concert without the appropriate permits is not, regardless of who you are.
They didn't fine them because they are faithful.Canadian church slapped with $2,500 fine for hosting pro-Trump worship leader Sean Feucht

Its just another example of a religious persecution complex. They didn't fine them because they are faithful.
Nice try but ...
Did you read the quote from the mayor? He's a singer. It wasn't a 'service', it was a concert they didn't have a permit for.
Once again, Canada shows us the way.
Relevance? Or is that just opinion? Its clear the organizers violated regulations and were thusly fined for it.Did you read the quote from the mayor?
Canada doesn't seem to put up with religious entitlement or BS. Much like how it doesn't put up with absurd anti abortion laws. Good on them. And all you can do is whine about it. Too funny indeed.
This show runs counter to the values of inclusion, solidarity, and respect that are championed in Montreal," a spokesperson for the mayor said in a statement to the National Post. "Freedom of expression is one of our fundamental values, but hateful and discriminatory speech is not acceptable in Montreal."Next time that church wants to hold a concert maybe they ought to get the appropriate city permit.
Yes, it was.It wasn’t really about the permit was it?
Especially in Quebec, for much the same reason as France.Canada doesn't seem to put up with religious entitlement or BS.
