Good Lord, apdst.
You're in complete denial to think that all our nation's problems started with this one president or the Democrat party. As I've said before, take off the partisanand see the truth of the matter. The damage was done over an 11-year stretch by both sides.
The majority of poor people don't even vote - Obama's election was unusual and not the norm and most certainly they aren't gathering to vote for local elections.
Well I am paying for my cell phone, I demand a free cell because my civil rights are apparently being violated.
So I guess between now and the intial post I replied to, you have made up your mind about what you think about this program?
Apparently we should all be in rioting in the streets that cell phone companies are blocking our rights. Those bastards!
I just hate the red-faced tirades about things that really don't merit outrage. Armed terrorists are preventing starving people from leaving Somalia so they can eat, and this is what we're outraged about?
Why would you think that? I can see both sides, and both sides have valid points. I realize such a comment would normally disqualify anyone from DP, but I'm ambivalent.

Where is the thread on that?
Most people tend to be concerned with things that actually impact them. I can feel bad about Somalia all day long but there isnt much i can or even should do about it. Government programs (especially when the government has spent us into a 15.5 trillion dollar hole in the name of 'entitlements') is something that impacts people daily.
Thats because lots of poor people came out to the poll to get their "Obama Money"
Somalia is not my problem.
Well, it should be. We're talking about human beings.
I think this article is stretching the truth by calling it a "right". If it's part of them moving closer to getting a job and off of long-term assistance, then it saves money, not the other way around.
Nice propaganda piece though, as usual.

To heck with that...who can I sue because my "right to peace of mind" has been violated?
