Freddie Mac may sue California city on eminent domain loan seizures

I see what the state is trying to do, but as usual, they're going about it all wrong. This is outside the scope of the eminent domain power and if allowed to stand will broaden the power to frightening proportion (already grown to scary heights by the dumbass SCOTUS).
 
Not sure of the legal standing of either party, but this seems like it will make for interesting reading
 
The eminent domain aspect... even only as a threat, implied or direct... greatly troubles me.
