I see what the state is trying to do, but as usual, they're going about it all wrong. This is outside the scope of the eminent domain power and if allowed to stand will broaden the power to frightening proportion (already grown to scary heights by the dumbass SCOTUS).

The eminent domain aspect... even only as a threat, implied or direct... greatly troubles me.
