I wouldn't phrase it that way. We once had a really good conservative poster from France on DP who did a brilliant job at debating the many PC European posters here. You have to realize that Europe criminalizes speech to such an extent, that conservatives can face jail time for even questioning what the EU, UN, and home country's government are doing.

Which country's police force just called on its citizens to report offensive speech? Not libelous speech or death-threat speech, just plain old insulting speech. Speech that is merely hurtful or hateful. Which nation's cops instructed the citizenry to snitch on haters?

Yes - definitely a case that freedom of speech is restricted in the UK because of all the various PC related laws against 'hate' speech which cross a line into censorship. This issue is that 'hate' morphs seamlessly into causing offense. Thus if person A says something which upsets person B, especially if person B is from some privileged minority, then person A may have committed a 'hate' crime.

On the plus side, the UK's prisons are already full and the state doesn't want to build new ones because the official rhetoric is that crime is falling. So more and more people end up with criminal records but non custodial sentences. I don't have stats on the % of population who have criminal records, but it would be interesting.

But this obsession with not causing offence has other problems too. It causes mental health issues because young people are taught to be fearful of people upsetting them. There is a fear of fear, and a fear or causing fear. This culture creates weakness all round and is undermining the resilience of the whole state.

Which is subjective, and can be interpreted differently depending upon who's doing the interpreting. For example, when you and others say, 'white men make up most pedophiles', that has the potential to harm the reputatuion of white males. But these Orwellian rules regarding speech are never designed to protect white people anyway, especially the dreaded white males. They're mostly used to target them, and to force them into submitting to a Britain of lowered standards.

Could you even comment about the epidemic of child deformities in Britain caused by cousin marriages, and the financial burdens on the healthcare system? I guess that would depend upon whether you identified those responsible. Don't want to receive that 'tap on the shoulder' that UK police threaten. Best to be vague.

In the UK, over 700 deformed children are born every year to Pakistani heritage parents due to first cousin marriage. That is verifiable fact and nobody goes to prison for saying so - Channel 4 has broadcast a documentary on the problem and nobody went to prison for it and nobody involved in making it will. In 2008, Phil Woolas mentioned this and though the MPAC stupidly turned fire on him for raising the issue he still walks around as a free man.

You see, I've often heard those of Ms Kantor's background state that they don't consider themselves to be white, rather they consider themselves to be a race that science hasn't even discovered yet, outside of a quacks. It's very confusing, and most people are unaware it.

Epidemic? Please provide the epidemiological evidence as that would be interesting.

I once knew a British guy who married his Italian cousin. They didn't meet until they were adults and hence were strangers, so you can see how a romantic relationship wasn't impossible. Their kids turned out fine, but then apparently the risks have been overstated greatly:

Cousins marrying was very common in many western societies and still happens. I metioned the Brit I knew and his Italian cousin. Cousins marrying in Italy was once not that uncommon, and still happens since it is permitted by Italian law and with a bishop's consent, by the Catholic Church.

Italians are usually white and usually Christian. Am I thus supposed to make some broad sweeping generalisations about white Christians? Just askin' :roll:
