"Theoretical" or provocative? Of course targeting and storming a church and causing damage would be a hate crime. There is no need to speculate about this imagined crime, other than to enrage those who wish to be enraged.

Even if it isn't, arson is a crime. This is the kind of stuff we can look forward to from the nutjob leftwing.

It is being investigated, and those responsible will be charged. It is not "typical" of those protesting. I do recall nut job right-wingers murdering doctors? Do you recall that?

What is so outrageous about that? The right isn't doing anything but what he crazed left does. It's just ways to get under the skin of the opposition. The left wants everything against a minority to be a hate crime, so why should n't the right want equal law for any crime against a particular groups.

I normally wouldn't use wikipedia as a source, but they do seems to have a comprehensive list of violent crimes committed by the anti choice crowd.

"Could be" is a big "if". It would have to be shown that the damage was done purposely because of the religious character of the building. Being against a religion's stance on abortion may be why the damage was carried out, but you'd also have to prove it was due to that religion's own character, its actual religion, vs only its stance on abortion.
