Fox News invention: Obama offered Castle a job to stop O'Donnell endorsement

The same thing that the same type of people and same types of shows are doing on CNN and MSNBC.

So because others do it it is okay for Fox to do it?

So because others do it it is okay for Fox to do it?

Its OK for Fox to do it even if CNN and MSNBC didn't. However, it's what all news channels do.

I wouldn't say MSNBC isn't a news channel just because they also provide news commentary, just as I wouldn't say the same about Fox.

Then the term "News" is BS.

Not really. They provide news. They also provide commentary on that news. Just like MSNBC News and Cable News Network does. You just need to know wether you are watching a news show or a commentary show. I have never had a problem differentiating the two. It seems liberals or those to the left typically get them confused. Shrug.

If you mean speculate about what's going on - yeah. It's part of every opinion show or commentary show. You can't fill 24 hours with news ...

Hannity speculates? LOL:lamo

I'm missing the humor... it's part of cable news and has been for a long time. Don't like it - turn the channel.

What and miss all fun laughing at a second rate propaganda organ?

Not sure who Paul is...

Major Fail.

If you don't believe that Jesus should be exemplified as the voice of God, then you are not a christian of any type. To be a christian you kind of have to believe that Jesus was the man. Hell, it's even right in the name of the religion.

I didn't say Jesus. I said Paul.

Or the truth... So just make **** up.

I bet Bill Clinton was'nt in this one. He probably knows all to well he's bein watched. Maybe Hillary offered them something for the administration. Maybe a job a state trooper in LITTLE ROCK.

I didn't say Jesus. I said Paul.

If you mean the apostle, I have no idea how he even got into this conversation. As far as I know the quote we were discussing was made by Christine Odonnel. The idea that lust = adultery was from Matthew 5:28 and was stated by Jesus. If Paul said somethign similar, he was just parroting Jesus. So, you might not be the type of christian that wants to believe it, but since Jesus alledgedly stated it, i'm not quite sure what to tell you.

If this is a Fox News investigation, as Media Matters proclaims, where's the link to the story? From what I see, this is from Sean Hannity, not the news division of the network.

I asked this on page 2 and nobody has bothered to respond.

Speculating based on facts, background, context... is fair and part of a discussion show.

But Hannity and Beck start will an unfounded false assumption, Obama is a socialist/communist and he's trying to ruin the U.S., then their speculation becomes wild paranoia, fear-mongering, and race-baiting.

Hannity is an opinion piece chimer.
He is not a news reporter.

Why take him to heart?
Why take anyone to heart who isn't in the trenches as a journalist - investigating and discovering?

Because the premise of your question was idiotic.

The hell it was... When Keith Olberman called president Bush a "fascist" on his show, you didn't see Newsbusters or anyone else claiming that NBC's cable news division called the president a fascist. They attributed that to Keith Olberman and Countdown.

Fox News is a cable network that presents political opinion shows and News shows, which are totally separate. Media Matters has once again used a BS headline to try and smear the Fox News network, rather than being honest and attributing the story to Sean Hannity....

What's so sad and pathetic, is that you have once again either fallen for their dishonesty, or willingly chose to be a partner in the deception. What ever the case may be, it only further erodes what little honesty you were ever given credit for having in the first place on this forum.

Don't know that to be true. In any case that's no reason to be a sore loser and not even congratulate her.
What's with a republican (supposedly the one we desperately needed to win the seat) speaking with the Pres. and VP so soon after the loss?

He wasn't considered a real republican anyway.. so why would he endorse her? He probably doesn't want to endorse her policies.

Personally, I would find it easier to congratulate somebody who beat me while running a respectful campaign.. as opposed to somebody who dragged me through the mud and smeared me?

Come on Grim, who pays Hannity's salary? Is it CNN, MSNBC or is it FOX? Do they run a disclaimer saying their supposed "opinion" shows are just that - opinion? I didn't think so!!!

So what the heck is he doing on a self proclaimed news channel?

Unless said news channel really is not one and is just BSing people.

You have to be kidding or just pretending not to know better than you're acting. Do you think Olbermann and that gay guy Matthews with the tingle up his leg when he sees Obama are news men. Olbermann was a sports guy not a news man and Rush who I don't care for is not a news man and Glenn Beck before going on the TV and radio as a talk show host was a disk Jockey.

These guys are all pundits no more. Pundit definition: a person who makes comments or judgments, esp. in an authoritative manner; critic or commentator.

I wonder why you are not questioning why these people are on supposedly news channels?
