No doubt many will defend these attacks.Fox News military analyst Thomas McInerney on Thursday condemned Sen. John McCain's (R-Ariz.) rebuke of President Trump's CIA director nominee Gina Haspel, saying that torture "worked on" McCain, whom he referred to as "Songbird John."
"Senator John McCain said he's not going to endorse Haspel also in part because she believes in torture, that she thinks it works, even though she laid out at least three instances where it did work to the benefit of humankind, not just Americans, but all human beings," McInerney said on the network.

...Who referred to him as "Song Bird John"? And they do realize that there is quite a lot of research that demonstrates that torture doesn't work, yes?
****ing wow. Just ****ing wow. It's fine to disagree with McCain but at least show him a little ****ing respect. **** this guy.
Americans think that their war criminals should get "respect" but Nazi war criminals and other US described boogeymen du jour don't deserve respect.
Just consider how many US war criminals/US terrorists there were/are living among you when the USA has been at war for 93% of its years as a rogue nation.
Look at all the US infrastructure that is named after US war criminals/terrorists. Perhaps Arizona will name one of their sewage treatment facilities after McCain?
Something about not feeding the trolls comes to mind when I read your posts.

Not in the short term and not when gathering usable intelligence.. But is has been found effective in getting a "confession" (often false) over the ages.

That's true, I suppose if one's goal is to just get someone to say something, it's a great method. People will typically say whatever you want them to say under torture.
The GOP needs to come clean. They do support torture. I am tired of hearing them debate what's torture and what's not, because they actually support torture.

Oh my God that is so sick.
Can I torture this guy? Please? I bet he "sings" a lot sooner than McCane did, my bet is he pisses himself while being strapped to the engine block
You should just go away

I won't defend the attacks, but I do find it interesting that so many sources try to minimize that the source is fellow war hero Gen. Thomas McInerney and instead blame Fox News.
