Force 3rd party candidates off the ballot

By attempting to change the number of signatures required to get on the ballot, Arizona Republicans are basically trying to force all third party candidates off the ballot. This is an effort to take votes back from candidates which the Republicans believe "steal" votes from them in close elections and ultimately hand Democrats a victory.
