Foley focus of Florida criminal probe (1 Viewer)

I had posted a while back, when the Foley story broke, that he would eventually be arrested. Looks like I am right. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has stated that they "have found a basis" on which to conduct a criminal probe into Foley's actions, while he was in Congress. And you know what they do to child molesters in prison, right? Foley had better start shopping for women's clothes now.

I doubt Foley will go to prison even if convicted of exchanging naughty IM messages with a seventeen-year-old.
If anything, he'd probably get probation.
