Flynn's attorney asks judge to delay sentencing

Michael Flynn's attorney has asked Judge Emmet Sullivan to delay the sentencing.

"We are prepared to take your honor up on his suggestion of delaying sentencing, so he can (sic) out the last modicum of cooperation" in Virginia, the attorney said.

Prosecutors said they had no problems delaying the sentencing.

What a waste of tax paper money this farce is turning out to be.

Remember, Obama warned Trump against hiring Flynn & he did it anyway. Out of spite because of his dislike of Obama?

I expect the truth here to come out eventually. There's much more to the Flynn story than has come out so far.

This has huge implications. The judge seems to be saying that Flynn did not give enough information to keep him for doing major time. He seems to believe that Flynn is a treasonous piece of crap. If Flynn does not give everything up he is going to do major time. Usually that means the people directing you to commit crimes are who they want. There is not many people that were above Flynn; I can think of mainly one. It is starting to look like Trump committed treason....FFS is this **** really happening?
