Florida principal who paddled 6-year-old faces potential consequences as student is allegedly still in pain

LaCK OF DISCIPLINE AT Home might be more accurate. But then, the schools are not permitted to discipline as they did 50 years ago. The parents today may have had better discipline back a few years ago----but they don't seem to want their own kids to have the same.
Again, there is a lot of discipline in homes today too, it simply doesn't include as much physical harm and way more actually talking to and explaining to children why what they are doing is wrong, meaningful conversations. It isn't happening in every home, no. But it was never happening in every home.
 
If you aren't able to discipline your children without beating them, you perhaps aren't the great parent that you think you are. I didn't beat my children, ever....and they turned out to be pretty damn fine people and all of them are hard workers and dedicated to their families.
