A Florida State legislator has resigned after being confronted with the fact that he sent emails to fellow lawmakers which were loaded with racial slurs.

Like Foley, voters will have to vote for his replacement by voting for him.

But, some Kerry brought most of the aggression on himself... but, we've had that discussion...
