The first step is to set up a shadow government by slipping some "urgent" legislation through congress, that no one was given time to read. Maybe you use 501C3 groups that can have unlimited funds. Let's see. Who set up 501C3's. Uuuummmm, wasn't that done by John McCain and Russ Finegold in 2002? Good old reach-across-the-aisle John McCain. Only one of those Progressives is still around now. Gee, what happened to Russ Finegold?
