It not the weapons you get, it's how many Russian soldiers you can maim or kill, just keep dragging the war out until the Russian people no longer have the will to send their best people over to fight you.
It is a war of wills, if the people of the Ukraine lose the will to continue the fight before the Russian people lose the will to hold the ground they have taken or will take. The better equipped force won't win in this type of warfare, taking or hold ground is not a win when you must continue to occupy a nation hell bent on extracting a continuing costs.
