You were already called out on this in another thread, russia wants the t-34 as a symbolic tank to what they considered the great patriotic war aka their ww2 battle against nazi germany. Those tanks are not there for their army to use in combat, even the fact rv asked where was the re enactment hints that even he full well knows they are antiques for ceremony not for combat.
