There is also a disparity of size. No officer is expected to take a beating by a much larger person.Let's entertain that for a second
taser's, pepper spray and police baton's easily subdue a suspect combating the police
who happen to resist arrest or detainment
Now my question is what justified the officer in stopping this kid in the first place?
if it was to harass!!! then the officer or officers need to lose their jobs, if the situation
was? cause they spotted him in the commission of a crime or in the process of fleeing
from a committed crime
then the officer/officers are justified to pursue the suspect and bring him to detainment
scenario 2 - the only time law enforcement is allowed to use lethal force? is when the
suspect has removed the service revolver of the officer, and has attempted to flee or is
the process of using his/her own weapon against law enforcement
if this kid was unarmed and he was shot the officer is guilty of crime plan and simple
Cop hate much?Let's entertain that for a second

Those are you options, and to be honest that is all that is going to happen. Either complete calm or violence.
Oh lord. When you come in here late to the game, of course you're going to have lots of questions and be full to the brim with what you think are new and significant points. Here's a tip: you've brought nothing new to the table except to parrot long answered and thoroughly debated questions.
The forum has a search function. Try using it and read up. Educate yourself first.
I maybe late to this particular discussion on this particular forum...but it doesn't
mean I am less educated on a subject, and the fact is no law enforcement officer
has a right to shoot or kill a unarmed man
cause then if that is the case? then the next guy brought in for shooting
a homeless man, or killing a child should receive a slap on the wrist
Judging from the previous events, I don't think its just going to be a couple of store front broken.there are varying degrees of violence. Not just the place will explode or nothing will happen.
Cop hate much?
From the questions you're asking and your apparent lack of accurate information, yes, that's precisely what it means.
I am questioning what he knows?? please learn the difference
And now you're just doubling down on the newbie to the discussion thing. If you need help with that search function, just let us know.
I am willing to debate any one on this topic not just him
prove he had a weapon and prove he was actually pointing it at the officer which gave him justification to fire upon him
The problem is regardless of how the decision turns out!
you have a hate crime that took place so nobody wins
unless these cops who did this? are sentenced to death
for their crimes I expect a full onset riot to take place
either way
There was no hate crime. Nothing that took place happened because of anyone's skin color.
You've got a punk who thinks he's the big cheese in town assaulting a store owner and stealing cigars. Then same punk who thinks he doesn't have to listen to a police officer's orders to simply get out of the street goes bat crap crazy on said police officer, tries to get his gun, punches him and then comes at the police officer like an angry bull toward a waving flag. Moral of the story -- 1. Don't take things that aren't yours. 2. Don't assault innocent people. 3. Don't assault a police officer unless you're willing and ready to meet your Maker.
Everything that occurred was the fault of Michael Brown. No one else.
Seems more like a rotten barrel to me. Not just a few bad apples.A few bad apples. I dont think "its gonna explode!!!". There will be a few bad apples like always.
Kid?!?!??! WTF?Now my question is what justified the officer in stopping this kid in the first place?
People who are butthurt about the possibility of a few blacks rioting more than they are about probability of an entire race of people being systematically disenfranchised have their priorities--and their targets of anger--seriously out-of-whack.

I dont much care. Know some people in st louie area but not near there.
Lol !
You sound a little butt hurt.
Get over it
