Great news ! Long Live the civilization ! Felicien Kabuga. Rwanda genocide suspect arrested in France. Pugabe is the next on the line ! its for sure

Félicien Kabuga, one of the most wanted suspects in the Rwandan genocide, has been arrested near Paris, the French justice ministry has announced.

Mr Kabuga was detained by gendarmes in Asnières-sur-Seine, where he had been living under a false identity.

The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda has charged the 84-year-old with genocide and crimes against humanity.

He is alleged to have been the main financier of the ethnic Hutu extremists who slaughtered 800,000 people in 1994.

They were targeting members of the minority Tutsi community, as well as their political opponents.

The United States had offered a $5m (£4.1m) reward for information leading to Mr Kabuga's arrest.

The Rwandan genocide was caused by colonization.

Belgium colonized Rwanda. Like all colonizers, they picked a minority in that country. In Rwanda's case they picked the Tutsis. The Belgians gave the Tutsis all the jobs, the government jobs, the military jobs, etc. The Hutu majority were treated like crap.

The Hutu came to hate the Tutsi. When the Belgians pulled out, the Hutu rose up and massacred over a million Tutsi.

its a myth, 1) The Rwandan genocide was caused by overpopulation 2) economical inequality. the minority Tutsi is just so much better businessmen and politicians

so the next genocide is just matter of time . only the condoms and 2 state solution can save Rwanda from the next genocide

In 1960, the Belgian government agreed to hold democratic municipal elections in Ruanda-Urundi. The Hutu majority elected Hutu representatives. Such changes ended the Tutsi monarchy, which had existed for centuries. A Belgian effort to create an independent Ruanda-Urundi with Tutsi-Hutu power sharing failed, largely due to escalating violence. At the urging of the UN, the Belgian government divided Ruanda-Urundi into two separate countries, Rwanda and Burundi.
