The thread is about the recount, not about Neanderthal nor the initiator of the thread...at least not obsessively or almost exclusively. Cro Magnon had only one focus too.

Each federal and circuit judge is assigned to each case by a computer, the judge's caseload being a major factor but not the only factor. Youse gets the judge youse get.

And OMG, President Obama appointed judges to the federal jucidiary!

I am the judge of who or whether another may be suggesting help or something else, not you. Especially from those who initiate their solicitous and bogus offers of 'help'.

The post is presumptuous, overbearing, cynical. Which is nothing new from over there. The consequence has always been that my posts to youse guyz of the extreme Right Sector are rightfully dismissive -- outright.

Always, and deservedly so, in the absolute.

Let's rather discuss the recount. That is, unless youse cannot.

brain dead is thinking that those pushing these recounts are anything other than sore losers who are trying to disqualify a state's slates of electors by extending this nonsense past the safe harbor date. Fortunately the shenanigans of Bugsy Daily and the DNC vote stealing ring in Florida, circa December 2000-have educated most courts about the safe harbor provisions that were jeopardized when the dems tried to extend the contest period and then shorten the protest period

Again, you'd need to quote my posts that you arbitrarily pronounce out of the blue present a problem to you.

Ordering me to reread certain of my posts then to get back to you, presumably after having learned some right wing lessons is absurd, assinine [sic] overbearing -- classic Breitbart and Faux among others. You reference the post numbers while failing to quote them as you use the Brietbart model of headline writing.

Now if the federal judge would order a recount in Pennsylvania we might get a more complete picture either way.

You missed my post saying the recounts are going very well as clarifying events and that I hope the federal judge in Pennsylvania orders a recount there to further clarify the matter.

Or maybe you're ignoring it in favor of some kind of insistence if not demand the Clinton supporters sign on now to the Trump cause (whatever that is). Hard however to sign up to the Trump Cause when even Trump doesn't know what he's in for domestically and globally or how he's going to manage it.

Not a chance of signing on to begin with anyway. (Although I as with many others welcome Trump's swift kicking of the CCP Dictators in Beijing.)

The two largest counties in PA HAVE done recounts. Wisconsin is days into their recount.

Have the recounts provided any EVIDENCE of the so-called FRAUD you kept yammering about?

The Latest on the presidential recount efforts in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin (all times local):

7:40 p.m.

The Michigan appeals court says Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein has no right to seek a recount in the state because of her fourth-place finish in the Nov. 8 election.

The court ordered the Michigan election board to reject her recount petition. It's unclear how this would affect the recount, which began on Monday.

The appeals court ruled in favor of Republican Donald Trump and the state attorney general, who argued that Stein is not an "aggrieved" candidate under Michigan law because she can't win the state with a recount.

Attorney General Bill Schuette says the recount now "must stop." But Stein's attorney, Mark Brewer, says the recount still isn't over. He pointed to a Monday decision by a federal judge who accelerated the process.
