How does Biden think he can just forgive student loan debt?
He could pause it under an emergency declaration - but he can't change laws and simply say "never mind"

The Biden administration had previously said it could begin canceling student loans as early as this Sunday.

A federal appeals court has temporarily stopped the Biden administration from moving ahead with a plan to forgive hundreds of billions of dollars of federal student loan debt.

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday issued an order that prohibits the Biden administration from “discharging any student loan debt” under the relief program until it rules on an emergency request by Republican-led states to block the policy.
 
I just heard Biden touting this week that the courts agreed with him over college debt forgiveness and 48 hours later a federal judge puts a halt on it.

While I'm Luke warm about the 10 and 20k relief.
The loan structure parts are really good for people..

But people are just gonna look at this as Biden is evil and people getting free money instead of wanting the system fixed. .because they are morons

Please explain how this violates the constitution.. Good lord, not even the PLAINTIFFS are arguing it violates the constitution.

Perhaps if dumbass Brandon did anything whatsoever to address the issue of cost he would have more support from the middle and across the isle.
