Jim Gibbons is under FBI investigation, which could very well produce indictments for corruption, which occurred during the time he was in Congress. One hell of a smoking gun too, from what can be considered as one of America's dumbest criminals. The wife of Lobbyist Warren Trep emailed her husband "Please don't forget the money you promised Jim and Dawn". Trep emailed her back "Dont you ever send this kind of message to me! Erase this message from your computer right now". Looks like she didn't. LOL.

Looks like another member of the GOP culture of corruption is about to go down.

That exchange does seem terrible, I agree. However, I don't think it necessarily proves that Gibbons had anything to do with anything illegal. Could just mean that that guy Trep didnt want things like that to be taken out of context, or that perhaps his wife doesn't know what she's talking about.

Either way, looks bad for the guy, but the rest of the evidence seemed a bit circumstantial.
