Farmers raisin' hell over 'Raisin Reserve'

Pretty much communism. Or outright theft. I don't think the government cares which one so long as it gets paid.
 
Don't blame 'em. It's a pretty clear unconstitutional taking without compensation. I shouldn't be shocked by this crap any more, but alas, I still am.
