For all the claims that these leftist screech on here about lies they sure lie a lot folks.
SO the recent lie from leftists is that Dr. Oz wants kids to die.
Well this is more fake news. There is a video but the video has been edited and doctored.
Here is what Dr. Oz said in full context while he was on the program.
Dr. Oz: Deaths Associated With Reopening Schools Could Be 'Tradeoff'
“Let’s start with things that are really critical to the nation where we think we might be able to open without getting into a lot of trouble. I tell ya, schools are a very appetizing opportunity. I just saw a nice piece in The Lancet arguing the opening of schools may only cost us 2 to 3% in terms of total mortality,” he said after advising that America needs its “mojo back.”
The frequent Fox News guest went on, “Any life is a life lost, but to get every child back into a school where they’re safely being educated, being fed and making the most out of their lives with a theoretical risk on the backside, that might be a tradeoff some folks would consider.”
No where in here did he say that 2-3% of kids would be killed or die or that he was ok with it.
He said that there was a paper done and that it argued that opening schools would cost of 2-3% in terms of total mortality. he did not say mortality of kids.
He then went onto say that some people would accept the risk of that infection rate to get their kids back in school.
I have to question exactly where leftist went to school and how they made it through reading comprehension because based on what i see here they have
none.
