The Constitution of the United States of America is certainly a remarkable document. The republic structure it erected has lasted, with changes, for a longer time than critics expected.

The creators of the Constitution, though, warned against the destructive effects of what they called 'factions'. While they were able to build in a number of safeguards, they essentially threw in the towel where factions were concerned. They placed their faith in men of good will acting in the best interests of the nation in the hope that these worthies would keep factions -- read 'special interest groups and political parties' -- at bay.

We are witness these days to factions slipping the traces, to the extent that laws are now made, at times at the federal level, of minorities, by minorities and for minorities.

Regards, stay safe 'n well . . . 'n remember the Big 5.

Factions have had control of our government for a very long time -- read 'Globalists'.
