There were at least 10s of thousands of arrests at Floyd protests, that happened almost all that day, rather than having to track people down. And most were actually peacefully protesting, maybe just disobeying "go home" orders.

There is apparently a medical condition known as "Partsheimer's Syndrome" which, in layman's terms, is defined as "I can forget anything I damn well feel like forgetting.".

the real question about Epps, is that in the video of him before and during the event, he is clearly inciting others to commit illegal acts. why is he not behing held or charged? he should be held and charged for that and yet he was disappeared from the FBI list after having been on there.
the idea that he was a federal agent only came up as a possible explaination for why he is not of any interest to the committee.
there are some people who are actually being held that did far less than incite people to enter the capitol building in violation of the law.

Clearly there is ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER REASON why he has not been publicly charged then that he was an agent provocateur of the FBI - right?

Actually there is no such thing as a "successful insurrection".

When an insurrection succeeds, you have a "change in government to bring the will of the people back in control over the reactionary and oppressive forces which had been oppressing them previously".

As an example, I give you "The American Revolution" (which was actually supported by a minority of the total colonial population at the time [the largest portion of which comprised the "You guys, on both sides, bugger off and leave me alone." faction] and actually opposed by roughly the same percentage as actually supported it - {think 30% for - 40% don't care - 30% against}) - which would have been an insurrection had it failed, and there would have been the "Hanged Traitors" rather than the "Founding Fathers".

he is clearly seen on video inciting others to enter the capitol building. that was supposed to be enough of a crime to impeach a US president, why isn't it enough to hold and charge him with the others?

I don't believe I ever insinuated that he was a federal agent. just that that might be a possible explaination of his lack of interest from the investigation.
