If the Olgino trolls targeted certain voters in states where votes were crucial for a Trump win....it could imply that there was coordination with the Trump campaign since they were about the only ones that would've had that kind of information.
I find this untrue, most americans and probably the rest of the world that pays attention could tell which states were a forgone conclusion and which states were going to be a toss up. Places like Penn, Wisc, Florida, Ohio, & Mich were are thought to be close races so why wouldnt anyone who wanted a preticular canidate spend there money and influential information there.

Inner cities Hillary, outer country Trump. Blacks/hispanics Hillary, Whites and half the asians Trump. Im saying not only did the Trump campaign know what local areas are susceptible to influence im saying that every country and everybody knew what areas were susceptible. So to draw a conclusion that Russia pedeled in areas that were toss ups is somehow a sign that it was colusion is moot.
