So, no question or doubt or variance...I don't think so...

Uncertainties of 2%. Are you going to pretend your book of fables is more accurate than that?

It was a little of both.

Evolution is one of the most verified theories out there. I'd say it's no longer even up for debate among those with functioning brains.

Speaking of, anyone else hear about this one. Two variants of the same fish less than a mile apart, separated by impassible currents.

Evolution in the Deepest River in the World

As you so rightly say evolution is verified. The discovery of DNA has enabled us to understand how it works in considerable detail.

There is one other things about what we now know from our DNA that - for reasons I do not comprehend - is little appreciated. That is that Homo Sapiens is NOT divided into distinct and separate races. Is it that two many vested interests have a stake in racism, that is the belief in the existence of races?

More accurate in details? Probably not...but more accurate in truth? Absolutely...and no, the certainty is nowhere near that great...

Dating methods in Archaeology. Are they accurate? | Ancient Origins

Radiocarbon dating is only accurate on items on the order of tens of thousands of years old because it degrades so quickly. So its mostly seen used to date things in human history rather than an evolutionary time frame of millions of years. Like all dating methods there are situations where it is inaccurate and situations where it is highly accurate because certain environmental conditions make it inaccurate. It can be cross-verified with other dating methods like tree rings, ice layers, and human records.

Since we can all breed with each other, we are the same. Yes. That some of us have blue eyes while others have dark ones is a gene variant, nothing more. One fact of life is that "white" is an adaptation to lack of sunlight, an attempt to absorb more Vitamin D for a group not prone to feeding on fatty fish like the Inuit--again, nothing more, nothing less.

Evolution, of course.

No "God" would have ever "created" the monstrous beings that we label as "human beings."

Says something about God, having created man in his image.

Racism is another form of tribalism giving some humans a "reason" to dislike and perhaps even "hate" other humans. But it does not have to be across the races, there are plenty of whites who hate other whites and blacks who hate other blacks and Asians who hate other Asians, etc etc etc......

Racism is support for the discredited old junk theory that HS is divided into a number of separate 'races'. Expressions like your "across the races" are unscientific and illustrate the problem. Once again we have a post from someone who thinks, quite incorrectly, that blacks, whites and Asians belong to different 'races'. How long can this go on?

Not unlike the savage great apes we evolved from, no god unless he's a monkey god.

Humanity is hardwired towards violence, it goes all the way to our monkey ancestors.

The best way to understand racism IMHO is through sociology and the group dynamic ..its differences that make the world go around.

The person of faith would say it goes all the way back to Cain...:2razz:

While that may be scientific reality, the fact is that racism in the United States is quite active among the Republicans and their associated hangers-on. I don’t know who to change that since they believe that it gets them more white votes.

For a start all of us, not just Americans and not just Republicans, should stop using the ultimate divisive nonsense word 'race'.

As I stated, good in theory, not so much in actual practice.

2 out of 21 opted for creation.

A very small minority, thank God!

God has nothing to do with evolution...
...

Why can't we believe in both? God created us to evolve into his image.
Yeah.. @Rumpel has been unwilling to clarify that point. I suppose he wants only the creation rejecters to vote, basically, so the results supports his agenda best and there will be no actual discussion.
