The Army in the Military District of Washington DC is all over their Commander in Chief these dayze, showing little or no respect.

There was the Trump Birthday Parade Massacre of 2025 when when the Generalissimo Trumph forced Army troops to march through Washington so the Army marching in work camos deliberately made a hash and a bore of it. The C'nC was in fact seen cutting Z's several times on the review platform.

Then there is the White House Dinner when the Army Chorus strolled into the East Room singing a song of the French Revolution that overthrew its callous and brutal monarchy.

Hah, Trumph still doesn't know what hit him by conscious purpose and design. And I'm sure no one who knows is telling him what it was...

A performance that took place at the White House National Governors Association Dinner is raising questions across social media. Video circulating online shows the U.S. Army Chorus filing into the dinner while singing "Do You Hear the People Sing?" from Les Misérables. Specifically, they sang the reprise version, promising, "Even the darkest night will end / And the sun will rise."

Les Misérables is, of course, a story about one man’s quest for redemption, set against a backdrop of injustice and revolution. The poor are oppressed and abused by the wealthy ruling class, and the government is seen as the enemy.

"Will you join in our crusade? / Who will be strong and stand with me?" the lyrics ask. "Somewhere beyond the barricade / Is there a world you long to see?" People horrified by the current administration taking power were quick to hope that this was a bold display of resistance from the choir. After all, it’s literally a song about a revolution against the government.

US Army Protesting Against Trump | Choir's 'Les Miserables' Sparks Reactions

The US Army Chorus's performance at the 2025 White House Governors Ball led many social media users to interpret their song of choice as a form of protest against President Donald Trump. The chorus sang 'Do You Hear the People Sing?' from the hit 1980 musical 'Les Misérables.'

Lyrics: "Do You Hear The People Sing?"
From: Les Misérables.

Do you hear the people sing?
Lost in the valley of the night
It is the music of a people who are climbing to the light
For the wretched of the earth
There is a flame that never dies
Even the darkest nights will end and the sun will rise

They will live again in freedom in the garden of the lord
They will walk behind the ploughshare
They will put away the sword
The chain will be broken and all men will have their reward!

Will you join in our crusade?
Who will be strong and stand with me?
Somewhere beyond the barricade is there a world you long to see?
Do you hear the people sing?
Say, do you hear the distant drums?
It is the future that they bring when tomorrow comes!
One Day More!

The armed forces hate Trumph's guts. The sun will rise again.
