How do you overthrow the United States, the world's most powerful country, the leader in the system of democracy, the rule of the people, by oligarchy?
We're seeing all you need to do is fund propaganda, and have a clown propagandist deny it happened. That's it.
America has always had 'an' oligarchy issue, a powerful one, sometimes less of one, sometimes more. The civil war was dominated by the issue, the Gilded Age was dominated by the issue, the Roaring 20's were dominated by the issue, but never before has the country seen the naked seizing of power and wealth like it has since Reagan.
The 1970's saw the launching of this more extreme war by oligarchy, and since, we have seen the destruction, more accurately the corruption, of American institutions that are supposed to protect democracy - the Supreme Court, our election system and political parties - one 'totally owned' by oligarchy, the other "oligarchy-lite", the new media, and much more.
One of those weapons of war for oligarchy in the 1970's which became the most powerful single group is the Heritage Foundation. It's where oligarchs can put unlimited ammunition - money - and have their minions plot the replacement of democracy with oligarchy as much as they like, and that includes their orchestration of the Republican Party into recruited minions of theirs.
A clue how powerful it is - under propaganda names like "think tank" - is how one of the most senior and powerful US Senators, Jim DeMint, resigned from the Senate at the height of his power during the Bush administration to become the head of Heritage - because that's where the real power was.
The growth of their agenda into a full assault on our elected government was seen by Heritage's signature scheme to dismantle the government, "Project 2025". The plan has almost total opposition from the American people. So what did trump do when the American people learned of the plan? Simply lied that he didn't know what it was, as 140 of his first administration had worked on it.
And many Americans fell for the absurd lie - and we have watched trump implement the plan to a tee. Orwell predicted tyranny would massively lie - War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, Ignorance is Strength - trump does that - but he didn't predict the tyrants could hide in plain sight simply denying their existence as they seize power. Now trump fired the head of labor data - and replaced her with a Heritage economist. In plain sight.

EJ Antoni, longtime critic of Bureau of Labor Statistics, nominated to replace Erika McEntarfer, who Trump fired
