Abortions past viability are much more more difficult therefore the pregnacy must put the woman’s health at more risk than the later abortion.

"Aborting" a 9 month baby is murder and illegal. But "aborting" a 9 month fetus is usually called birth.

Conservatives are employing the strategy of establishing the opponent as evil which permits any and all punishments no matter how severe and inappropriate. It's an ancient religious strategy. The writers of the Bible used it to establish women as evil, proven by Eve, making it fair to demean and restrict all women by declaring their biology, including birth, unclean and disgusting.
